Feasting On Waves
Last night, I watched the series finale of "Feasting on Waves." It was a Food Network program where Alton Brown sailed through the Caribbean and learned what the natives eat. At the end, with Alton sitting on the beach, he gave his thoughts on enjoying food. Particularly, he spoke how food just tastes better when the cook has created it as an act of love.
