Chris, Just bought the book! So far so good! I have noticed a few typos and the like though. Are you Ok with reader feedback to get those cleared up? I’ve gotten to page 7 so far, and already found 2. Nothing huge though.

PDF is great. Some ebooks are in different formats that require special reader software, so I wanted to make sure.
