I was reading about the new Encore series of live performance microphones by Blue. 

I've heard from guys who use everything from Shure to Sennheiser to AKG to well, there are just so many microphone companies out there. The Encore series appears, at least in print, to be going after a lot of the standard vocal mic's. For example, doesn't this just sound like an ad for the SM58?
