According to users of this, technical support phone calls were not productive. Also, users have noted it's dB range limitation. Then again, if it's above 126dB you are blowing out the congregation anyway and you'd know that just by listening. You should be going for about 85dB.

Digital SPL
I use a digital SPL each week sitting on the mixer(the meter,not me!), pointing forward,always in the same location.
With a mix of condenser,dynamic and wireless mics ,it allows me to be consistent throughout the service and from week to week.
The mixer is located in a quiet part of the church and if I 'peak' (fast and 'A' weighting) at 65db,this seems to be satisfactory for the bulk of the congregation.
