Behind The Mixer
Church Sound Systems
Microphones
We currently have 2 shure radio mic's and are looking to buy some more radio mic's.
I have been looking at the MKD 900 's as a cheaper alturnative for shures.
This unit has one receiver that picks up 4 mics with seperate input to the desk.
As I have only had experience with the Shures we already have I was wondering if anyone has had anything to do with MKD mics and how they found them to mix and did there worship singer's like them to use.

Try the freePORT
I haven't used MKD but as far as price/quality, try Sennheiser freePORT Wireless Vocal Set. It's a single mic/receiver package but it's priced great.
Nady also makes the 4-in-1 sets like the Nady 401X Quad WHT Hand-held VHF Wireless Microphone System. It rates good on Musiciansfriend.com but their Nady 401X Quad 3 Handheld Channels and 1 Headset Channel rates low. From what I've seen on Nady ratings, most are rated well but as far as wireless, a few of their components rate poor.
